For the LOVE of Kids!
Easy Valentines Day treats to for your kid's party or school.
1. Valentine's Day Marshmallow Pops:
One bag of Strawberry Marshmallows
Small cellophane bags (if you want to wrap them up)
Push a lollipop stick into each marshmallow.
Melt some chocolate (chocolate chips are not recommended) I usually use Ghirardelli chocolate (found in the baking aisle). You will probably need 4-8 oz. of chocolate, depending on how many marshmallows you dip.
Dip one marshmallow at a time into the chocolate.
Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then sprinkle your choice of sprinkles onto the chocolate.
Set the marshmallow pop (stick down) in a mug to allow the chocolate to set (you can put the mug of pops in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes)
Once the chocolate is set, if desired, wrap each pop in a small cellophane bag.

2. Brownie Hearts:
Box of Brownie Mix
Ingredients found on box mix
Frosting (in a tube preferably)
Pour brownie-mix batter into a pan, and pop it in the oven as directed.
Take them out and let them cool, then cut into hearts freehand or using a cookie cutter. (Tip: Don't let the trimmings go to waste — we crumbled them onto a sundae!)
Pipe on store-bought frosting to create cute chocolate "conversation hearts."
